At Klone Scents, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If your selection isn't the perfect match, you may return or exchange your order within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the fragrance in its original box and protective sleeve to ensure it remains safe and undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your new scent within 5-7 business days.
